We take on a small number of projects at a time so we can stay close to each one, working through materials, process and finish alongside you. Whether you are making work for an exhibition, a collection, a commission or a product you care about, we would love to help you bring it to life.
Everything is modelled, printed and finished by hand in our studio in Penge, South London.

Spike Taylor-Manson
I'm Spike, and I run Spike TM, a 3D-printing and fabrication studio built on years of hands-on making.
Before starting the studio, Spike worked across London workshops including Tom Cecil Studio and Plykea. A graphic design background still shapes how every project looks and reads.

Fabrication and 3D printing
The core of the studio. High-detail printing and hand-finishing for sculpture, installation, fashion pieces, jewellery masters and product prototypes.

Getting your form into the digital world and back out again, without losing what makes it yours. We scan, rebuild, refine and iterate.

Fabrication consultation
The service most studios don't name. If you have an idea and don't yet know how it gets made, this is where we start.

What is Spike TM?
Spike TM is a personal 3D printing and fabrication studio in London, working with artists and designers on bespoke pieces from first sketch to finished object.
Who do you work with?
Sculptors, contemporary artists, fashion designers, jewellers, set-makers, architects and product designers, from individual commissions to gallery and exhibition work.
Where are you based, and do you work outside London?
The studio is in Penge, South London. We work with clients across London and the rest of the UK.
Is there a minimum project size?
Most projects start from around £2,000. If you have something smaller in mind, get in touch and we will happily point you in the right direction.
What can you make?
SLA, resin and FDM 3D printing, plus 3D scanning, modelling and fabrication consultation, all finished by hand to exhibition standard.
